I’m 5’2’’ 136 pounds and I bought a medium. It definitely runs on the smaller side and due to the nature of the clingy fabric you don’t want it too small but the fit it amazing!! Only thing I need to do is hem it.

Supper cute only down side it it is for a short person. I'm 5'8 and it doesn't go down to my ankles. Gotta pull it up onto my calves to make it look right
