I am 5’8” 120 lbs have a very small bust and very long legs. I needed the medium for length of legs and body but I would like a better fit in the butt and chest, it’s too loose.

From the picture I thought the material was going to be a bit softer- it is a bit more stiff than I imagined. I am 5’ 3” most of my pant sizes are 6 or 28 with some 4s. I bought a medium The neck line is not as loose as I thought so off the shoulder as the picture shows isn’t really the case for me, I can pull it slightly off the shoulder but the other side of the fabric is a bit tight on my neck. It is a touch long but the ankles are tight enough to pull up Capri length and it is a cute amount of fabric fo
