I read a few of the reviews with measurements posted and notes about the fit, and decided to get the medium. I am 5'7 , 145 lbs, 36C. The medium is PERFECT. Not tight on my hips, the elastic waist is not too tight or loose, and the off-shoulder falls perfectly. i have a longer torso, and some one-pieces can be too short/ride up and give major camel toe.
