I’m 5’3” and 130 lbs, ordered a small! Fits good and has room around tummy area. Can’t wait to rock it with cute shoes and a Jean jacket or something! It isn’t “off shoulder” but if you keep it unbuttoned I’m back.. it’s off shoulder! Good price, cute piece and can’t wait to wear it out!!!
