Neck button fell off after first wear

I'm 5'5 , 114lbs, 34B cup, narrow hips/butt, trim and athletic. I bought a size S. It doesn't need hemming even while wearing flats. It fits snugly in my bust -- just right I'd say. Torso length is almost a bit small, but it doesn't give me the dreaded camel toe - hahaha. The only thing that doesn't fit me on this great jumpsuit is the hip, but that's an easy trip to the tailor to get fixed.
