Fit is definitely true to size. I\'m 5\'2 175 and have been fluctuating in between sizes after having had my daughter. I sized up and went with the xl in case the midsection wasn\'t forgiving, and with the right pair of spanx this romper fit perfectly. I tried it on every few days before my event to make sure I could master zipping myself back in during bathroom breaks lol. I\'m tempted to purchase it in every color!
