I wear a 34D bra, have a smaller waist and bigger hips and thighs. I wear medium in most leggings and 29 in designer jeans- 6 I’m fit and flare dresses and 8 in more form fitting dresses- I bought a medium and this was perfect. I did not have a panty line - which usually means it fit right in the butt. Not really off the shoulder as in the pic but I styled with a denim jacket slip on tennis shoes. Very comfy.
